Sapphire Soul April 2016 Review + Coupon Code
EeeEee, it’s that time of month where I get to gush over one of my fave spiritual subscription boxes, Sapphire Soul. ? If you’re new to Sapphire Soul, it’s a mindful and spiritual monthly box that focuses on nourishing your body-mind-soul connection. This box is all kinds of divine goddessy goodness!
Cost: Mindful + Mystic Quarterly Box – $189 with free U.S. shipping; Mindful + Mystic Monthly Box/Bundle (the one I’m reviewing) – $49/month with free U.S. shipping.
Each month Sapphire Soul has a theme which reflects the goodies inside (crystals, energy medicine, crystal healing jewelry, essential oils, teas, candles, etc.), and March’s theme is “Gypsy Soul,” which has a beautiful sound to it.
From Sapphire Soul:
What is a gypsy soul? Authentic, free-spirited, grateful. Looking for adventure, seekers, lovers of life, feelings of wanderlust. Creative, believes in truth, freedom and love. Authentic to the core, unapologetic, dreamers, believers in magic. Believers in miracles, capable of miraculous co-creation and living life to the fullest.
The featured April partners are gorgeous women inside and out. Their art, creativity, bohemian spirit and passion for life makes them not only a gypsy soul, but a mindful + mystic modern goddess.
April’s Sapphire Soul “Gypsy Soul” Box included:
Jeri Warlick Design Gypsy Teardrop Earrings, $65 – OK, I’m stoked and honored to call the beautiful and hella talented Jeri Warlick a friend (a friend over the interwebs but a friend nonetheless). I also happen to own quite of few of her pieces and they are stunning! They also carry a special energy and are made with intention. Theses earrings feature turquoise, a stone of protection and strength, “a perfect stone for wandering gypsy souls who love to travel.” Turquoise has been known to help prevent exhaustion, depression, and anxiety. It’s also a stone of friendship, perfect for gifting fellow gypsy souls as its powers are supposedly heightened when given as a gift! LOVE. ♥
Jess Kay Designs Art Print (subscribers received 1 of 3 designs), $18 – I received this beautiful Rainbow Aura Quartz Crystal watercolor print and it’s begging for a frame and a sweet spot in my office near my crystals and essential oils.
Set of Ayuverdic oil samples from Neelu Kaur, $3 – The 2 essential oil blends included were Amrit (which features bergamot, natural vanilla, rosewood, patchouli, mandarin, amyris, rose, and jojoba oils) and Yogini Bliss (which featured rose, natural vanilla, ylang, mandarin, amyris, geranium, cinnamon, cardamom and jojoba oils). They both smell similar, sweet and sping-y, and I lurrrrve the underlying notes of vanilla that really poke through. These are instant mood boosters; they smell like happiness. I can definitely see myself ordering the full-size versions.
Sapphire Soul Signature Gem-Infused Herkimer Diamond Birthday Blend, $9 – OK, ready for wompy sad story about my klutzitude? I done did drop this item when I pulled it out of the mailer. It shattered into a million pieces on my hardwood floor, and since it was in an organza bag, I chucked it because the glass was all self contained. BTW, it smelled SO f*ing good – beautiful, feminine, floral, etc. Little did I know, a friggin’ herkimer diamond (worth $4-9) was in there that I chucked it, too!! I love herkimer diamonds so much! I used to have one that I kept under my pillow to help me remember my dreams at night, but since my move to Portland, I have no clue where it’s hiding.
Anywho, if you’re unfamiliar with herkimer diamonds, they are powerful healing and amplifying stones. They are double-terminated and only found in Herkimer, New York. It’s a stone of attunement and has a “crystal memory” – they have the ability to accept and retain information which can be used at a later time. From Sapphire Soul: “After cleansing, hold your herkimer for a few minutes and program with your loving intentions. Hold and imagine all things love, miracles + good intentions flowing into your diamond then flowing to you throughout the month when you need the energy most.” See? You’d be bummed chuckin’ that ish, too. I just hope that it’s spreading healing energy to wherever it’s currently headed (gah, probably a landfill). 🙁 Btw, I had Allison (founder of Sapphire Soul) shoot this pic for me since I wasn’t able to snap one myself.
Also included was a Danielle LaPorte inspirational “Truth Bomb” card, which read “Think in Magic.” I love receiving Truthbomb cards in each Sapphire Soul box. This is like Cafe Gratitude’s ‘Question of the Day.’ It’s always nice to have something introspective to ponder on.
Overall impression: This month’s Sapphire Soul box has incredible value – $100+! The earrings are GORG and will get lots of use, the watercolor print is like colorful eye candy, the essential oil blends/perfumes make me smile (they truly are uplifting scents), and I’m beyond sad about the herkimer-infused birthday blend that I accidentally broke – I did get to thoroughly experience the aroma this way, though, and it was heavenly. I was literally smearing some of the oil that has leaked on the floor onto my arms. 🙂 This box, and all SS boxes, speak to me. They’re also SUPER fun to open because the treasures inside are so unique and often hand-crafted.
If these sorts of goodies are right up your alley and speak to you, hook yourself (or a loved one) up with a Sapphire Soul box and get your spiritual on! You can also order individual items from their online shop. xx
Use code: GYPSYME until 4/29/16 (eeps, hurry!) for a FREE pair of the turquoise gypsy teardrop earrings seen in the April box (above) with any monthly or quarterly box purchase.
